I haven’t seen doctors much, and these are my results. There’s a lot wrong, and they basically handed me a ticking time bomb. Honestly, I almost wish I hadn’t gone because now I have new worries I was ignoring. Use my experience if it helps others decide to get checked before it’s too late.
I don’t have regular medical care, only the ER, and they don’t provide the ongoing care I need. I put my results into AI to try to understand what they mean. A mobile medical outreach gave me a 30-day prescription for Lisinopril for my blood pressure, but I still need to find a primary care doctor.
I’m looking for sliding-scale clinics nearby, but my limited early Social Security retirement means I have to wait until 65 for Medicare, unless I’m expected to live less than a year. I guess heart attacks and strokes don’t count for that.
Any advice is welcome. I hate paperwork, but I’m slowly getting used to it.
